+ 1st Tardy - reminder from teacher about the tardy policy.
+ 2nd Tardy - student must fill out an action plan.
+ 3rd Tardy - detention; teacher calls home.
+ 4th Tardy - referral; detention; counselor calls home.
+ 5th Tardy - Saturday school; parent conference
+ Continued Tardies - referral to the Dean; parent calls/conferences
